Hi guys,
I have registered for Tanishq Golden Harvest Plan which gives 7.5% returns per year.
If you invest 10,000 × 10 months. You get 1,00,000 + 7500 (valid on gold purchase) the 13th month. Say Jan 2022 to Oct-2022 will give you 1,07,500 in Jan 2023.

7500 on 1 lacs exactly. But the only catch is you can request 1,00,000 back as GV and use that 7500 to purchase gold only. or buy Gold worth 1,07,500. These looked like scam to me too but it really works. My friend’s mom and dad have been doing the same for years. This is a good thing if you want to buy gold for future/marriage stuff

How much do we get back on those? 1-2% or something?
instead you can buy gold coins during amazon/flipkart sale

it is legal scam should be avoided 22g
The IRR is around 10% but the catch is that you can only purchase gold, that too at the prices of that time, that too jewellery and not bar/coin. And the extra amount is not paid in hand but given as a “discount” on the purchase price of jewellery.
Post updated to avoid confusion. Give suggestions about Credit Cards that might give 2% or something on those installments payment guys
Note: The vendor is Titan Jewellery on payment gateway and the gateway is RazorPay.

Stick with simplyclick, you will get 1.25% & within a year you will also achieve the 1 lakh online spend milestone for which you will also get a 2k cleartrip GV (assuming you don’t use simplyclick much so without this spend you wouldn’t have achieved 1 lakh milestone anyway).
You can get better rate then this, and if this store shut’s down the money will also be lost.
Instead you can buy coins whenever deal comes with bank offers and you can save more than this.

Let’s be a bit realistic there’s really no way Tanishq can shut down. Sounds impossible. It’s backed by a lot of giants.
But I agree Gold can be purchased on sales.
ashb009 wrote:The extra interest that we are getting aka 7500. Sounds a bit lame but profit is profit haha. Technically buying Gold without making charges and taxes after a year of savings.
Why do you say without making charges? Also, if it is only allowed to buy jewellery, then there would be making charges and that too would be quite high compared to local jewellers.
Need more inputs and sound financial advice on this scheme from fellow dimers as it was being pushed by Tanishq store sales woman after my recent gold jewellery purchase last month…….😊
