Tata 1MG payments from Neu app appear as Paytm in Infinity cc

Some of my Tata 1MG purchases done through Tata Neu app and paid using Tata Neu Infinity appear as coming from Paytm. This had been happening occasionally. I reached out to customer support with following screenshot from my statement and details of the corresponding 1MG purchases which included exact datetime (matching screenshot), order id and amount.

All the 5 transactions were done in 1MG (done separately to meet IPL challenge). I think internally they use paytm gateway randomly as mentioned in the post transaction message, but all payments were done in the same way, inside Neu app.

Customer care was clueless and they asked for my whole statement. Since they couldn't provide any justification for seeing my whole statement, I preferred to just close the ticket. Still, some of my 1MG purchases are coming as from Paytm, robbing me of 3.5% new coins.

Anyone else facing this issue?
