Alright for current times but the reality is, Tata Cliq has much worse after sales support compared to flipkart & amazon & I don’t think it is going to change anytime soon simply because Tata is not an ecomm focused group. Tata Cliq is more like a hybrid online version of Tata Croma physical stores.
