I’m thinking to buy a mobile (under 10k) from them. I don’t know how trust worthy are the sellers on that platform.

I know sellers Cloudtail, STPL Exclusive Online, Darshita Electronics, Appario Retail Private Ltd are more trust worthy than others on amazon

Looking if there are similar sellers on cliq or is it completely fraud?

Personally only used Tatacliq once.

That was during the launch months. Nothing to praise about the experience.

Strangely their luxury brands division and its customer support were a totally different ball game. Our firm and I myself used them for few gifting needs in my professional circle, our business.

Buying large appliances versus tidbit items does not make a difference.

It is the overall culture or the S.O.P.s or lack of SOPs that matter.

Croma and Tatacliq, for some weird reason have the habit of tormenting and harassing the retail customers, in that they simply throw us to the dogs/ ask the customer to deal via the physical store (even when aware that the nearest physical store may not even be in a 100-150km radius).

How and why is one to take that much pains and waste as much resources for minor returns/ replacements… is beyond my understanding.‏‏

+1. Avoid tatacliq if you hv alternate option even if slightly higher price.
