Tata neu has been blocking accounts! for no reason, Any way to use the neucoins or get the account unrestricted?

nothing of that happened! it's personal account that I have been all this while. What does 'misuse' here mean?
You could've done something by limiting purchases via their app (This account flagging seem to be automatic, based on purchase history/neucoins credited in the past few months or so) but now there's no option apart from waiting for their investigation to conclude

For me also HDFC blocked UPI payment from CC mentioning my high number of txn although all were small day to day txns.
Pay any Credit card linked UPI for transaction Rs2001 or above. This transactions bank will earn MDR from merchants.

What uis there in neucoins to misuse.. Just useless.... Coins with only restricted usage.... If people are misusing it.... Dont know... Where have we reached.... As a species.... 🤔😳😮

I asked them to state specifically which policy, when and how it was breached by me and how much undue gain i derived from that breach so that I can give my version of response and settle the issue rather than putting freeze for life time as i am unable to use my coins even earned through other than croma purchases. They are saying they don't have that data.
If you have not exploited the application it will take 3-6Months but you can win this thing and then can asked for compensation too.
Very simple solution is don't misuse or buy for resell.
