Tata neu credit card rejected after provisional approval ? already hold a hdfc card

I had applied for tata neu credit card 2-3 days ago it got provisionally approved immediately and then someone came to my place for verification and verification was done and now i have received an i email that my card has been declined and application rejected.
P.S - I already hold a Hdfc millennia card with little limit of 1 lakh

Hold regalia with 2L+ limit
Applied on Wednesday along with VKYC
Physical kyc person came Friday, today
Within few minutes, got rejection email.
Only reason I believe is, I have recently applied and got the AU zenith credit card a week ago. And there are couple of cibil checks recently.
I got my limit shared with existing HDFC CC, I heard its the case with most people who already have hdfc card. Don't understand reason for rejection if bank don't have to issue extra limit
Applied for card on Sunday, vkyc done immediately after applying
Got virtual card on Monday with 5000 limit
Physical card delivered on Thursday. Now have shared limit with Regalia card
My tata neu card limit is not increased its 5000 only, i have also Regalia card...
Ask for exact reason because as per rbi guidelines they are supposed to give the exact reason. Happened same with me after 2-3 follow ups finally got a reason and card got approved in a few days after that
It will be approved suddenly after few weeks.
HDFC gives this sorta provisional rejection messages. 😂
