Tata neu didn't credit 300 coins!!

Few days ago I placed order on tata neu worth 1000 under offer to receive 450 coins but tata 1 mg refunded ₹40 saying price adjustment even though product currently worth ₹1000 only.
So I only received 150 coins and cc is saying min order was 1000 ,so what to do any idea??

Same happened with me once for different offer I raised concern with them and they issued 242 coins instead of 250
Chat with them share the offer proof.
