Definitely app is laggy but neu card is good for genuine spenders. Currently it's one of the best cards out there.

For flight ticket on payment page swipe and you will see Tata Pay option where there will be an option to redeem Neu coins.

TataNeu app or other Tata websites are great examples of worst work!!! Very bad and slow UI, you press back and it back directly to the homepage instead of the page just before, slow loading of pages, unusual behavior on various tasks/options of app, and other bugs.
Currently, they offer big discounts and deals but you know what will be happening later....

The only drawback is that the coins are limited to tataneu but redemption options are good enough( big basket, 1mg for daily needs and tatacliq, tanishq, Titan and croma for luxury ones). The coins(except for promotional ones) expire only after a year of no accrual, meaning this can be collected over years as well for free purchases.
