Tata neu (Trashneu) blocked 4000+ coins

I have earned 4000+ neu coins in reward league as the official offer is 2650 coins and some extra coins during IPL period
all were personal orders and ths trashers blocked all coins I had conversation with CC and replay was same automated s#it
I have mailed to CEO as well but these guys are like enjoying customers agnoy of losing 4000coins,
Anyone can help for same?

Maybe you have placed repetitive or bulk orders.
