They don’t have adequate to talk to customer.
They talk about ethics and all but they tmeselves are not clear about policies and make customers fool.

100% true.

I had purchased Morphy Richards’ OTG 52 Litres in September 2018. Morphy Richards does not provide any service. Croma promised to coordinate everything for us. After the product was sold there have been multiple follow-ups. One guy turned up but was not able to provide demo effectively as result we could not use the product. Now I have following up for the past 2 months with Croma and there has been no resolution until now.
Croma representatives call up at whatever time they feel like and without even asking the basic question “Is this the right time to talk to you?” they mannerlessly and aimlessly proceed with call. Some of the presentatives are very rude and argue with customers.
The store manager Mr. Venkat at Phoenix Mall, Bangalore is very arrogant and does not respond to customer calls.
