order ssd from tata cliq a month back due to courier issues went back to seller.now i dont want product
seller recieved back product now no refund from tata cliq mail to cs 30 times .pathetic responses.
any dimer please help to contact senior cs at tata cliq

Got refund almost after a month
Worst, will not order again
Best option would be tag them on twitter and get response from them in around 24 business hours, sharing on personal experience

no response from them forget about your refund my money and product both gone
@admin no response even after very polite mail to senior management.i have their refund email but no refund what option i have now
do chargeback on credit card.
what is shown in orders “refunded”?
order still showing awaiting delivery from 1 month. recieved email which says order cancelled refund within 3-4 days. its already 15 days now
