I have purchased a fan from tataneu app and now they are not giving 5% neucoins. For the purchase of 3000₹ they are just giving 4 neucoins which are equivalent to 4₹. Even affiliate sites are giving more than 5% so it’s just a waste app now.
Their customer support executive said I am eligible for 5% neucoins and transferred the chat to senior team, and just got this reply from their seniors 👇
We would like to inform you that you have received 0.15% Neu coins towards your order Order ID:-xxxx . You are not eligible to earn extra 5% as per new Neu Coins program. This program was updated on 6th Apr 2022.
2924 x 0.15% = 4.386.

If you guys will use any coupon on any tata website then tata pay option will be hidden. Earlier they were giving 5% neucoins for all checkouts on tataneu app or even standalone apps but this is stopped now and I don’t think anyone will purchase anything on tatacliq without using any coupon. So it’s just a waste app now.

yeah or UI/UX itna ghatiya banaya h ki app kholne ka mann bhi ni krta. Usme kya hi upi transaction krega koi.
0.15%.. seriously? Even the worst card would give more reward ratio..

😂😂 happened with me too but since I’m not using 1mg so I don’t care about it. But I was purchasing from tatacliq alot. They just ruined the shopping experience.
too early to comment but Tata and Ambani se tech nahi sambhelega , bas gaja baja bajayenge and kuch nahi .
it’s a team work and it will be a team work. If team is failing then tata can’t do much.

all tata apps like tatacliq, croma etc in one app. They were giving 5% cashback on everything. Which they just stopped before public release.
It has always been 0.15% for transactions on tatacliq electronics category bhai

I remember, some head from tata said that they won’t believe & indulge in attracting customers by burning cash on discounts, promos, offers etc.
and still they are giving coupons on cred, phonepe, gaana etc. if we use coupon then we can’t use cliqcash. If we use coupon then we can’t use tatapay. 😂😂 why would I purchase from tatacliq then, I will just order it from myntra or amazon.
Confirmed from tataneu that it was giving 5% for all purchases but from april 6, rewards criteria changed.

Tataneu giving 5% coins for orders done directly on croma? Any one did txns recently
I had done last March on chroma directly got 5% coins in croma using card discount and tatapay option
Dont go with tata croma, tataneu, Tatacliq
There is huge problem going on with customers of Tatacliq.
Visit tatacliq page on Twitter.
They have complaints from each and every customer.
Not even a single happy customer.
All of them faced huge losses.
Tatacliq has not refunded anyone, and has beem openly looting all.
BEWARE.
