Hi!
Logged in today to pay EB but it is giving me only Debit card options. Anyone facing this issue?
HDFC Neu card is of no use to me if this option is removed!

Credit card meaning it's credit. In other words personal loan. Rewards are just additional benefit. But rewards are not main purpose of credit cards. 😂

You can pay bills directly in utilities by cc. But people want to pay through app to avoid convenience charges and higher rewards. That too payment of commercial bills and that too in lakhs. 😜

Customer has right to avail offers.
Whats the use of card if we can't avail offers?
And I can understand about convenience fee as gateway charges it.
But it should be payable by consumer and there should be no further restrictions.

Rules clearly say commercial use prohibited. Cc is strictly for personal use. Not for commercial use.
