TataNeu Infinity Credit Card - Extra 5% applicable outside TataNeu app also?

Ideally it should give as per card T&C

but I used it at both places twice, once the txn got settled with Paytm as merchant name and once it got settled with Pay u something merchant name hence not received 5% any time

There is some problem with 1mg payment gateway.... and if the card variant is Rupay then we even cant know which merchant we are paying, neither from OTP SMS or OTP webpage hence no way to ensure merchant name before payment

So basically you are saying that Infinity 5% extra CB is applicable inside NeuApp only.

you can easily identify payment gateway page when opening. Payu or Paytm name mentiond before redirect to otp page.

By the way many user complaint here they are not get 5% Neu coins on paytm gateway merchant name.

I think 1st day of every month. My statement was generated yesterday(1st march) and due date is 21st march.

The Infinity card is showing Rupay Select. Does this mean we can avail benefits offered to Rupay Select card holders ?
