TCS has announced a buyback price of 3000/share. So, guys it is not yet clear about the record date.

They need to follow procedure.

Currently postal ballot is out for permission of shareholder till 18th November. 20th November will be decision declaration date.

So earliest record date could be last week of November or in early December.

Last 2 buyback was stellar bcoz less retail participation but this time acceptance ratio is less likely to be 100% like last 2 times. So be careful.

bro, all nifty 50 stocks not good for investment, i always prefer highest market cap (large cap) hdfc ltd, tcs etc.. or banks (big banks like sbi in psu or hdfc in pvt sector)
