Technical issues using ICICI Net Banking

I am facing technical issues using ICICI Net Banking. How I resolve the issues?
1. Fixed Deposit account is not showing on website. But fixed Deposit account is opened online.
2. Credit card account is linked with ICICI Net Banking still it is not showing.
ICICI Net Banking reliable or not? Anyone faced similar technical issues?

May be it will show after few days after internal linking in their ecosystem.
Technical issues in ICICI websites are very much there.
Some links are dead, Sometimes unable to go past the login screen, etc.
