Supreme Court of Reliance, very biased judgement, jio is using RCOM’s spectrum and AGR is not payable because motabhai can buy supreme court too

Bunch of thugs are sitting in SC they take approval from faku friends and company and then deliver judgement,

this was scam by congress in 2013 after 9 years in power they wake up and demanded AGR for last 9 years by changing formula to calculate AGR
every one was in shock and scamgovt was thrown out from power in 2014
this time bomb exploded in 2016-2018 when telecom firm cannot handle this burden results
as many as 7 telecom firm shut down
now present govt was in catch 22 situation

its surprising that now NCLAT will decide on spectrum issue.

Yeah missed Airtel, actually Airtel ka to Reliance ki bahti ganga mein haath dhul gaya,
Reliance ka spectrum maaf Kar Diya to ab Airtel ka bhi karna hi tha
Never seen such state of shame of honorable supreme court , current SC judges are blot on judiciary , all judgements are pure injustice
Why would they bother about justice ? Rajya Sabha seats are ready for them after retirement?

Easy to criticize bhai but what are the alternatives. Does SC shutting down voda tomorrow or a few months later results in anybody to lose anything other than the common people either working in voda or using voda sims? Don’t forget it is not a scam like Mallaya & Nirav where you can confiscate personal assets of voda idea management to recover the losses.

Giving time to Vodafone idea is not an issue they should have given more time but why jio should not pay AGR dues of RCOM ?
Jio is making huge money and they can pay RCOM’s AGR easily
But SC is targeting a weak and struggling to survive telecom operator

“We direct DoT to complete the assessment in such cases of trade and raise demand if it has not been raised and to examine the correctness of self-assessment and raise demand, if necessary, after due verification. In case demand notice has not been issued, let DoT raise the demand within six weeks from today,” said the top court in its AGR order on Tuesday.
The telecom department will now have to check if top two telcos – Jio and Airtel – have pending AGR dues from their spectrum trading deals.
