Illegal breeding needs strict action
Local MCs everywhere get funds to sterilize dogs but its all eaten up at higher levels, local administration is a highly corrupt place

Monsters who own pets just to entertain themselves or to show off and then abandon them, should be killed or imprisoned instead, their property should be seized, and the money raised should be used to open animal shelters, Dog breeding centres should be closed and turned into animal shelters & people should be encouraged to adopt stray animals.

So called pet lovers are secular, they only care for the pets for themselves not for the pet, till the pet entertain them they keep else abandon
Strict Law is the required urgently to put up such people under criminal charges with jail term and not just fine of 5k/10k.
Each pet dog must be registered and owner must pay registration fee with full responsibility of pet's whole life.
P.S.- Animals are not the problem but the Monsters behind the animals are.

Dies after Kutta gir gaya on 5 year old? Itna bhari hota hai kya.. jhabra kutta to kitna cute hota hai.. log itne khatarnak wale kyo palte hain.. aaye din ghatna hote rahti hai.. kaat leta hai..
I also love pets but not kutta..life matters..
Fish turtle rabbits birds.. ye sab hai hamare paas.. itne me hi bahut mehnat ho jata hai.. fir plants etc...should ban those heavey dogs to be pet..
Pados me ek ladki ke paas labrador hi hai.. kutta hi usko ghumata hai.. kabhi kabhi bhag jata hai.. uske bas ka nahi..
