This thread is for dimers who want to use HDFC Millennia debit card directly to pay credit card bills (without loading wallet) and take chance to earn 2.5% cashback or have the experience of getting the same earlier.
Max one can earn per month is ₹400 on cumulative ₹16,000 payment. At your own risk - this is based on some reports of users following this mode of payment.
Please follow this thread and you will be notified when someone posts their experience or report of such cashback credited to their cashpoints in 90 days.
Also please reply to show your interest or let others know whether you're using this method. Please do not discuss other payment modes here.
Atleast 1% expected currently with Mill.DC after the recent all merchant ID change and stuff...
Few months back too I've got 2.5% cb even with One Mobikwik System merchant id, even then that pill did not prove bitter for me.
So, I was less worried this time even after they permanently changed it to One Mobikwik System.
Anyone paid this month? PAKKACB is active now for 50cb on 12.5k to combine with this method.
I'll do later this month. Also will be confirming 2.5% for the first time personally when the CB for millennia DC comes this month.
Anyone got points credited to Millennia.DC this month yet? It starts after 20th. generally...
No
If we pay credit card bill using Millennia debit card at mobikwik or paytm do we get 1% at least and 2.5% if we get proper merchant id or is there a possibility of no cash back? I have platinum debit card too. so if 1% is the worst case I can try millennia or go with platinum to be on safe side if 0 cb is also possible.
What's the max cashback that one can get per month?
@agnivo007 Thanks. Just curious under what category it will be considered for direct payment on paytm for which no cashback would be given.
Directly paying on paytm used to give cashback, but not now mostly. Some people with Millennia.DC.Mastercard avoid it due to some reasons better known to them. That's why it is generally recommended to load wallet first and transaction is counted as wallet load at 1%... @kkk05
** edit: Paytm direct DC payment has started to show "CCBillpayment" as merchant ID, so better to avoid as it may give 0% on mill.DC.
For Millennia debit card 400 is the max cashback per month @1cooldesidd
@agnivo007 Thanks for the info. I paid around 3500 directly with paytm and 11K with mobikwik (one mobikwik is merchant). Let me see what I will get. I started using the debit cards only this month.
My experience is CRED gives 1.4-1.6% but limited to 4K payment per card per month and too much of work. The platinum card gives 1% points within 2,3 days. I use Milennia card to get some amazon gift cards each month which I use to pay bills. At 8.5% CB it's the best I could find for paying bills.
So the plan is, pay remaining bills using Milennia card to the extent of maximizing 400 CB and use platinum debit card for the rest. Thinking of stopping cred altogether as though the CB is decent, it is too much of work.
@kkk05 You should have dropped and retried transaction again on MK to get "Mobikwik" as Merchant ID on OTP page. "One Mobikwik" should give 1% only. Earlier posts/pages have multiple postings about this.
Direct paying through paytm means you got "CCBillPayment" ID, right? I doubt you'd get any CB on this.
You've just started and these experiments will give you as well as us latest data points. Don't forget to maintain a spreadsheet/paper and note down details of these payments with date so that you can lookup later on getting points credited.
Yes, playing slot machine should be an entertainment, not a busy compulsion... I agree on that, regards CRED.
So you got 2 accounts with HDFC for platinum and millennia DC just like me? Smart...
@agnivo007 Yes. I can check for correct merchant id from next month. I have two cards as I have two accounts. A joint account with mine and a normal account.
Update: Received 160 points today for 6400 paid in August (the first month through this method), Merchant ID : "Mobikwik".
So, now I have personally confirmed this method works for 2.5%
Paid about 17K CC Bill today, so 400 points due in Feb.23.
Not getting mobikwik merchant since 2 days
Try at different hours of the day...and after 12AM once.
Tried today for someone in the family, after 2 retries and app close and open, got "Mobikwik" on 3rd time for 15k payment with PAKKACB. @Tjs15 @deathheater
Got cashback for PAKKACB? Last month code was applied but cashback was not given. @agnivo007
While transacting on Mobikwik with my millenia debit card, I m always getting Merchant as "Mobikwik" in the OTP sms
OTP is xxxxxxx for txn of INR 12500.00 at Mobikwik on HDFC Bank card ending xxxx. Valid till 12:13:28. Do not share OTP for security reasons.
But after completing the transaction on email I get the message of payment from payu as '"Paid to ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEMS LIMITED"
Anybody else facing the same problem. Any turnaround to bypass this.
How much cashback I can expect in this situation.
Ignore payu details, they route internally through those. @aam_aadmi
I think in one of the past months i have received 193 points, while i always make sure that total cashback should be maximum that is 400.
I have made sure that otp msg says mobikwik only,
Does it come in parts or together for all the transactions in a month?
anyway to get mobikwik as merchant name........ i am only getting "one mobikwik" from last month, tried again and again but no help
Paid >16K today, expecting 400 points in March 2023...
Paying 16k plus every month. Getting 400 points every month. 🔥
Seems like payment settlement speed on mobikwik has improved, earlier it used to take 3-4 days to reflect in card, now it starts showing in 1-2 days.
Yes, I confirm getting for subsequent months too since I started...
Can we pay HDFC Credit Card bills using Millenia CC on mobikwik and get cashback? Or is it for just non HDFC cards.
Yes 350. I put 14k by mistake. Lets just hope we keep getting that merchant id every month. thabks for your confirmation though.
Are we still getting 2.5% cashback points using millennia DC ?
Yes, this month Millennia.DC points still not credited though... @mojo_jojo123
Is anyone tracking for Millennia debit card 2.5 cb on cheq app?
Nope, does it give? Any news?
Anyone got cashpoints credited recently?
@irajnish You took the bitter pill this time it seems...
