Now, a lot of time has passed since i first used bigbasket and i must say it would be the only online destination i would suggest to my family members and friends, these guys are just crazy about customer satisfaction. They gave me 10 % of my order value back twice as their delivery was delayed just by half an hour which is really good, they often get many BOGO (buy one get one free) offers for their users which you can combine with coupons for a bumper deal, i also did so, i bought a pack of biscuits under BOGO and applied a coupon to get 20 % discount and then made the payment via paytm to get another 10 % cashback, so now you can calculate my savings. Their delivery is just perfect, a big tempo will come and get all your ordered things in beautifully packed crates of red or blue color. Only one thing i would not guarantee from them would be fruits or vegetables as most of the time they are over ripened, so in this case i would prefer to go to the local seller and purchase them myself. But barring this, they are just the leaders of their field.

Grofers delivery schedules are very less though they are improving again
it was best before 1 year .
but now they do no quality check , fruits n veggies always unriped/rotten . many items delivered are near expiry . no freezer (ice box) for cheese items . they even dont know diff temperature is required for diff types of frozen items .

in grocery segment till yet no startup there which is best as per me .
