the return policy is very bad.... and the customer service is horrible.. bullshit for name shake..

The return policy is very bad, and customer service is horrible .. not even close to amazon.
Even after spending 150 rupees and 2 to 3 hours of time on call, customer service representatives will never understand you issue and will not be willing to help you…Just to talk to their supervisor they will put your call on hold for 1 hour… even if your balance gets over from your phone.
And then even after sending 15 mails.. they will reply only one thing.. that is “I understand…… bullshit”. and the return will never be processed..

Please re-think before ordering any thing… if you r satisfied with the product then fine.. but if you are not satisfied and want a return then you r screwed.
