They failed to deliver my complete order

Ref Order No: 2274347401
Oh yeah they are terrible, they sent me 3 of the 4 items i ordered for the same day and then said that it was my fault for not collecting the fourth item. ~They wont give back your money and they wont redeliver the flowers. The customer-service is also very incompetent.

Below is the interaction I had with their customer service ………

I received three other items but not this, I don’t know what your delivery guy did, but how did I get three of the items I bought on the same day as this but not this. Check your records, your delivery guy is cheating you and me, again I REPEAT I GOT THREE OF THE FOUR ITEMS THE VERY SAME DAY, WHY DID THIS FAIL TO BE DELIVERED. This doesn’t make sense, and if you refuse to understand this logic, ignore this mail, and I will not be using your services in the future because you’ve pretty much taken my money and delivered only THREE of the FOUR items I asked for and then said it’s my fault somehow.

Hey, you are telling me i was available for three items but not the fourth? – please stop with these excuses and think about what you are saying.
I will call you tomorrow to confirm. But yes, you have my permission to deliver the flowers (that I paid for) tomorrow (20/FEB/2021)
If you do not want to send them, keep my money, I am tired of your excuses, you won.

I don’t understand your constraints, I don’t think you want to send the flowers or return my money. I’m tired of wasting my time with you guys, I rather spend my time posting negative reviews online.
