If the tiles are uprooted, it would require regular refixing using tile adhesive compounds like MYK Latycrete or Somany. If it's only a case of gaps filling, then two category of compounds are in market - epoxy based or cement based grouts like Dr. Fixit, Roff epoxy grouts for large gaps. Latycrete cement based grouting powder for small gaps
