My bathrooms area is about 400 sq feet, so spraying sanitizer is not practically possible bro.
Get bathroom cleaning chemical/acid (hardware shop, you need chemical for cleaning toilet pot basically)
Spray it..it will be all shinning back in no time

Ask for bathroom cleaning acid. It looks yellowish. Be very careful while handling. It will be itchy if on skin. Do a patch test, and also avoid using it on pipe fittings although the results are shiny. Do a patch test and observe that area atleast for a day or two.
I am also facing similar problem with my glass wall panel. Lot of stains on it due to hard water. It is mostly basic in nature so mild acids should work on it. So vinegar mixed with liquid surf should work well on it not sure though.
Let me know if anything work for you. Will follow same in my house too.

Giving you personal experience.
Just go to local shop.
Ask for toilet cleaning acid.you will get around 1L in 20rs.
Use it on stains and leave for 2-3 min and it will go like magic.
Tip:- handle with care

If a diluted acid solution like harpic not worked then you need concentrated acid. But please be careful while handling.
Precaution:
1. Use the only brush on acid and maintain a proper distance from the acidified area
2. Before touch any acid applied area dilute properly with water.
3. Gloves also not useful to handle acids.

+1
i clean my bathroom tiles stain with water mixed acid(locally available 5 ltr bottle as bathroom cleaner) and add some floor cleaner in it..use some scrubber with handle on it. just make sure its not concentrated else it can harm marble on floor and then clean with water some part that fell on corners also cleans marble floor. i wear rubber gloves while cleaning.
