So I got an invitation to HDFC Preferred Banking I clicked and give them consent but still the interface is same no change in netbanking how long it take to process for the upgradation

It took me around 3 working days when I did it through EVA chatbot

In HDFC BANK there are three type of groups for customer.
1.CLASSIC
2.PREFERRED
3.IMPERIA
1. CLASSIC CUSTOMER:-
For being a classic customer in HDFC Bank,you have to maintain a min balance average balance of Rs 1lac in saving a/c
or Rs 2 lac average quarterly balnace in current a/c
or Rs 5 lac average monthly combination balance in saving ,current a/c and FDs.
Benefits:-
Dedicated Relationship Manager
NIL annual issuance fee for classic platinum debit card.
NIL Non-maintainence charges for minimum balances.
NIL charges on DD/MC up to 1 lac per day.
NIL charges for usage HDFC BANK as well as Non HDFC BANK ATMs.
NIL charges on RTGS/NEFT through online mode.
NIL charges for issuance cheque books and monthly statement.
NIL charges for Bill pay , insta alert and standing instructions.
Up to 50% off on processing fee for all loans.
25% discount on locker rent (only for one locker per group).

Give them an impossible task, they will say they will get back to you, and you will never hear from them again unless they have real grit. Even if they call, you can speak about your prior request not giving them chance for their requests.

Strange.. preferred banker for more than 10 months hardly get any calls from bank
They know who can be convinced to buy products and who cannot be
domt opt preferred if you already have millinea debit card….
for preferred customer they will issue platinum card
