Top-down (Ceiling) lights? What in the name of Ram?

I saw in our office zoom calls that houses of many people have ceiling bulbs (like 4 spaced ceiling bulbs in 1 room similar to hotels). Whereas I just have a tubelight. My roof doesn’t even have space to install ceiling bulbs. There is just a plain roof wall.
How do those guys install ceiling bulbs? By installing some secondary / fake ceiling? Also what are some advantages of ceiling bulbs over tubelight?

Are you talking about lights like the one below? If so, they need to be installed on a false ceiling, i.e. another celling below the actual concrete ceiling.
