Any suggestions..

I meant in Jio Fiber. In my limited experience with Jio 4G, UL speeds were roughly one-third to half of DL speeds. Vi 4G has consistently the best UL speeds by far since forever.

There can be 2 reasons: Either jio fiber is intentionally capping upload speed only on torrent traffic(easy to check by uploading a few gb file on google drive) or more likely reason being jio is using CGNAT & not forwarding ports from its end resulting in very few peers able to connect or download from the seeding person on jio fiber network. Both of these can only be solved by using either vpn(which supports torrent traffic) or seedbox(much better solution overall) & both will require you to spend money.
