Trading issue - please guide
I am not here to shame the person . Making my intentions clear. I booked flight tickets for tomorrow from chennai to kolkata. @amit3131 is the person I traded with. His deal was to give 10% disc on ticket price and no conv fees.
My question to fellow diners is I have received invoice from indigo / yatra . In that it shows total fare as 13600 . But when he booked ticket he told me 14300 . I couldn’t able to check clearly as prices were fluctuating. Irrespective of coupon or gvs used or whatever . Invoice generally shows ticket price alone right with gst ? Neglect convenience charges as well. Kindly guide me if am asking correct question or not . I paid him 12900 since because he told me ticket price as 14300 . In invoice it shows only 13600 . He is denying that now.

it doesnt matter anyways because he already told me deal as 10% off on price and no conv fees
I do not have much idea on flight invoices… Just know to check prices in multiple sites …
What is shown in invoice is ticket price right in general? Applying coupon or gvs isnt gonna change that right?
Next time onwsrds pls ask how much i have to pay instead of discount and blah blah condition
i asked him bro…. he said 12900 stating ticket price was 14300… Prices were fluctuating and i could not able to track it down… so this invoice was the only way to identity correct price… am i talking anything wrong here ? i would have left it if it was less loss… 700rs difference feels like a big amount to let off
There can be difference in Yatra/MMT/ClearTrip Invoice and actual airline tax invoice
however conv fee is not shown in Airline invoice, plus break up is a bit different
If you had doubts you should have waited for both of you to see the same price,
since you have agreed to the price conveyed to you, there is no mistake of the seller, irrespective of him quoting extra
you agreed, he paid, you got ticket, no need to go and check prices after that, airline prices keep going up and down
bro for every min rates were fluctuating… its a round trip.. i was tracking both flights separately… thing here is ignore conv fee it doesnt come in invoice anyways… and also not part of deal… i believe total fare by airline is the ticket price which will be generated doesnt matter what coupon or gv u apply it wont change and that is the ticket price that has to be paid for
He can clear your doubt. But you should have seen the prices and asked for a quote before hand.
That you already did and agreed with the price. Now should not crib after deal is done and transfer is complete.
yes am waiting for him to clear the doubt bro… 1st time traded with him…. he is a legit person… i was also checking prices at same time … it was changing for every minute… it might be bcoz of my search cache too…. i really want to know why price was misquoted.. here deal was very simple… 10% of tick price ignoring conv fees… i dont give a damn how much profit he has earned from this… he really has to answer for ticket price
Invoice from Airlines does not include conv-fees.
I too have this problem when booked for official travel.
Have to write conv.fee with pen and claim that extra.
Even argued with Amazon but no success.

Just ask credit card transaction debited. These type offers are generally given by hdfc card holders to burn their rewards. Card debit should be a greater than 14300.
Further as far as i know, no airlines or sites giving less amount bill.
Last option is buyer should ask seller what offer he used and confirm this offer and tally with credit card debits

The reason in fare difference is because he use HDFC site for booking flight ticket where tickets are at least Rs 50/- costly.
Ideally, both of you must checked the actual fare at respective airline site before booking.
You can ask him to send HDFC generated ticket where it shows actual price charged to him and you would have got directly if he had put your mobile number while booking.
PS: You can ping me next time for 10% deal..Promise will not face such issues
