The telecom regulator TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) today said telecom companies must offer at least one plan voucher, one special tariff voucher and one combo voucher having a validity of 30 days.

It should have been that 24-day and 28-day plans should be removed altogether and only 30-day plans should be allowed as monthly recharges. But our beloved Titular Regulatory Authority has shown the strength of their spine again.
