If you want to book many tickets in one single batch then you wont get much discount. Split them per passenger and apply as many different discounts you can.

Since u r booking tatkal so there are not much u can do as only thru irctc tatkal tickets are allowed at 10 & 11am. Other websites book tatkal after 30 min So u have option of freecharge, phonepe and epaylater… But i would suggest book directly because they will take more payment gateway charge than giving cashback for ticket of 5k
