In such case merchant have to refund for failed order so once check with merchant and payment gateway

If you are not sure then try to go in browser history of that date check Which website /pg opened next to Insurance site.

This is only way to know payment gateway or ask Future generali to provide Refund or payment status.

There is a 99.99% chance that your transaction is successful after 2-3 days and your insurance company will take this money as an advance payment.
