Guys – I have whatsapp installed on my windows lumia 620 phone.
Need to transfer whatsapp data from windows phone to android since whatsapp on windows is shutting down from 1 Jan 2020.
Anyone can help with method for the same please?

This does not work when changing os from windows to android
Back In Google Drive And Restore In Another Device Should Work.
Include Video If You need Them Too, As Normal Back Up Will Be For Pics,Chats,Stickers,Etc. Except Videos.
Windows whatsapp doesn’t allow backup in Google Drive. Only microsoft onedrive option is there which is not compatible with android whatsapp
Which Windows phone are you still using in 2019?

I think there is automatic backup option in what’s app see your settings it’s active or not and frequency
You just Just have to login in other phone it will be automatically done.
