Trell shop scammed

I have placed 2 orders on shop.trell.co after DesiDime promoted it with exclusive coupon. For 1st order had 2 quantities of pack of 8 Ustraa activated charcoal soap, while for the other order it included one pack of 8 ustraa soap charcoal soap and another pack of 8 ustraa sea minerals soap.
As you can see from the attached pic from the dimensions of the package that one package is completely smaller than the other. Further both are being sent by Happily Unmarried Marketing Pvt Ltd but one package is using Ustraa branded cartoon while the other only uses generic cartoon but both uses tape having trell logo.
I got only one 8 pack of activated charcoal soap instead of 2 quantities of 8 pack.
I got the free Cologne Soap with both the order which was applicable only after buying 2 quantities of 8 pack having value above ₹999.
I don’t think I will ever buy from Trell again if this is how they scam you out. The online reviews for it are all bad so I guess it was my bad to not enquire about it before buying from it and just ordering cause I saw it on top deals page.
I have written mail to both Trell and Ustraa, I don’t know if I will get proper response back if I do get any update I shall reply here.

I haven’t gotten any reply or automatic email message from Trell so I doubt it nonetheless I will call their number tomorrow.
I ordered it cause it was available for 50% discount and I have bought it 2 years ago on Amazon and found it satisfactory for the price(50% sale on Amazon too). Since haven’t seen these on such sale again I decided to buy bulk of it as it will last about 6-8 months at my home. Which I don't mind keeping the stock of.
The funny thing is both the invoice of the separate order shows exactly the same weight that is 1.9kg but anyone can say that they are entirely different in weight after just seeing at the package. And the invoice of the missing order also says quantity 2. I can attach inoice copy of both the order if you guys wanna see. I will hide my details ofcourse. I looked at the reviews of this company online yesterday and all had 1 star rating, my bad ordering without checking.

Product image with Trell barcode on it
Confirm us if the package was damaged or tampered at the time of receiving it
None of the product from either order have any barcode from Trell. Beside the complete order has ustraa branded cartoon like the one shipped directly from Ustraa as I have ordered from Ustraa.com before.
Was ur complaint resolved ?
Even I bought products worth 1.5k at 165 today , should I be worried ?
