Same happened with me yesterday. Credit Card debited with 8k but only 4k added.

Zomato is not allowing me to add money in Paytm wallet, everytime It says open Paytm app and add money.. ... Also Paytm app also not accepting any credit card... Any one facing such problem..?

Nothing worked,guess they changed rules and blocked this trick from 2023

Added 4K via Swiggy on 1st Jan, worked fine for me

That can be the reason for sure.

Imo if you get 4.35% as credit card add charges within paytm,  third party is blocked for adding.  If you have 2.35% then it works.

Last month for the first time I have used multiple apps to load total 8K simultaneously. This month only one time. Have you transferred this amount to bank? or to any other upi immediately? if so, then it might be the reason for blocking. I use the amount only for billpay

same reason, my paytm account is also flagged

Was adding 4000 since a long time. And never got flagged. But due to this 8000 addition, its all gone.

Omg, I have been paying so much changes on wallet load via cc while whole india was getting it for free, not fair!

Looks like they opened the gates for me today though rates are still 4%+ through paytm app wallet load via CC. So, should I go for a single load of 4k instead of trying for simultaneous ones (as people say those aren't added but refunded after 2 days)?

Update: No, it seems they only changed layout of payment page, it shows not allowed message later in a popup... still locked out for 4k reloads.

As along as the load charge rate remains at anything above 2.35% for non-Amex CCs and 2.65% for Amex CCs, 4k load simply won't work.

Hi actually today i have tried from swiggy and zomato at same time ... I have added 4000 via zomato and 2500 via swiggy ... 7500 has debited on my credit card but only 4000 via zomato is added and 2500 is not added.  No what to do ... Should i contact swiggy or paytm or bank ?
