hi dimers,
TSSPCDL electricity bill Paid twice by mistake on niki last month thought its gets adjusted this month but it didn't happend.
although i could see that excess amount paid on TSSPCDL bill enquiry portal.
whom to approach hyderbad dimers in this matter

no arreas shown in tsspcdl app or current bill.
last month i supposed to pay 172 but by mistake i paid 164 also so total 336 which was showing in tsspcdl app and the excess 164 should get adjusted or should show in arreas and that didnot happend

Your balance is -261. It clearly says you paid 336 for april which is 172+164. Dont worry and less 261 from your next bill before paying

Last month tsspdcl and apspdcl websites were hacked by hackers.they demanded 30 cr too.so discoms using their backedup data now. may be this could be the reason for your excess paid amount not updated yet.so,do one thing,tweet them here https://mobile.twitter.com/TsspdclCo...at
Mostly they will provide you the respective area AE’s contact number.contact him he will show some resolution for sure.
I was paid some 700 rs extra last month .that amount was succesfully adjusted in this months bill.btw i was paid before the hacking date..
