I have faced this issue on uber no customer care was able to solve, tried uninstalling, reinstalling
Removed all payment methods, added again, finally had to change the account only, after 3 months now my old account is working again, cc is clueless

yes right, cc dont have any resolution, always repeating same answer that plz try to change your card

take couple of cash rides .. then only you can use card/upi
