Uber VS Ola..

I am the frequent user of Ola/Uber from past 5 years, I live in Mumbai, about the pricing, 70% of the time Uber shows FAR less FARE than OLA, waiting time too is often less than OLA, also as per my experience UBER’s vehicle availability is more than OLA, many times I have cancelled my rides with UBER and each time UBER has credited the cancellation charges upon contacting them without any hassle , OLA’s service on the other hand is deteriorating, less availability, more fare is pain, no doubt lately OLA playstore rating has declined drastically…so according to me Its UBER, the best……bundled with amazon CB its an ice on cake.

EDIT: Also I find the Uber App to be better than OLA, Vehicle tracking and arrival time is quite accurate.

What i found with uber is
" Drivers call and ask for where i need to go" if they are okay then will go else will ask to cancel

The same cab driver can change from ola to uber and vice versa

Both of them provide best service to my location moreover no demands like cash only payment..
UBER is winner as were r getting various cb offers..

Uber’s pool feature has been really beneficial for me , fares are almost half of ordinary cab, and in morning time there are no other riders, so effectively i get my normal cab at the cost of a pool, whereas ola’s share feature is pathetic, high costs and frequent fare changes, uber also wins for me due to their GVs which can easily be bought at some discount and be combined with the other offers

If you use the Ridepass feature and Uber GV, then Uber comes out much cheaper than Ola for regular riders. There are also several UPI offers for uber incl amazon UPI.
But in some cities, particularly Tier II / Tier III, Ola is better.

Ola charges more for outstation rides

For individual cab rides I prefer UBER as it’s lesser in every way and credits are available in discount always… Also driver is confused Everytime as I select cash and he expects money but when closing after drop he sees 0 as I pay thro credits … In that way no cancellation experience I have faced… For share rides , OLA is the best!

Here in Delhi ola is cheaper and reliable.
Btw every rider has both id active so one can serve either Ola or uber, its totally on business gethering on server.. and as ola is cheap so people generally opt for ola in delhi NCR

Have used both. I just use the app and don’t pick up calls when I have to wait for the vehicle as I mostly have bags and all and it gets tough to pick up calls and handle the bags so last time when I ordered uber cab, driver called me once and when I did not pickup, he cancelled the ride and charged me. Was waiting for 30 mins and at the same pickup place. had to raise a complaint to get refund. Ola always comes in time while uber never comes in time. It says the driver is 2 mins away but it turns up that the driver is 20 mins away and can’t even cancel the ride else they charge. What’s the point then?

In Guwahati, both of them are equal in their services. Tho I find uber fare prices change a lot in the span of a few minutes – one time high, then low and vice versa.
Whereas ola is fixed.

Here in Bangalore most of the time I find ola cheaper but availability is less. Ola share price is quite less in comparison.
If I am in hurry, I prefer Uber otherwise ola
