I added uber gv to my account 1000rs. last year and now have uber wallet balance of Rs.100. The uber gv valid till next week. My query is whether the wallet balance of 100rs will also expire. Can anyone clarify. Thanks in advance.

I added a gift card in June 2020, in an attempt to clear outstanding payment that time, but I could not get it adjusted with the added credits post the trip. It is lying in the account since then. And if I check for expiry date, it shows blank.

Do you have any reference of the twitter link?
My GV of ~400Rs expired today, I was hoping it wouldnt expire as per previous experience, but now it did.

I dont find an option to reach CC in app, it just points to help articles, but doesnt let me chat with CC or raise a case.

Some GV shows expiry dates. Some do not. The old GVs I added to my account do not have any expiry date. But the new GVs added in the last 6 months all show separate expiry dates of 1 year or less. GVs are getting adjusted with the one expiring earliest.
