Only very few selected banks visa card and due to some bug we can also use Visa-swiggy offer using RuPay cards.

Many users need Bill payment, you can also trade with just 2% off. 

Also RuPay is Indian company. Sometimes offers doesn't matter.

I have got merchant names from bob cc and pnb DC in rupay.

Early days, visa/mastercard was also useless and also control by US govt.

Americans worked day and night and American public also supported Visa/Mastercard, So both companies have reached where they are today.

Visa card had many flaws, but they fixed the problem from time to time, Some US-based businesses went bankrupt because of some flaws on US based credit card companies.

Merchant name now also added by many banks on RuPay card transaction. More banks will added soon.
