un authorized use of amex card at amex global business travel

Just received a message from my amex card that I have used it in amex global travel for a total of 1500 rs..
But I haven not done it and amex customer service says it is otp verified..
Please suggest what all steps I need to take now..

Report with cc helpline. They will give you temporary credit until the matter is solved. You dont need to pay that amount until the matter is solved. Amex cards are most vulnerable to frauds. Happened with me 5-6 years ago for around 20k. Got resolution in around 3 months that it was not done by me

I guess you never saw the news regarding Standard Chartered cards or BoB cards.

The worst part is they say it is all otp verified but I have not received any otp.

AMEX sends OTP to both email and SMS. Ask them to provide evidence that OTP was sent to email (date, time, receiver, sender, screenshot)
As far as I know AMEX is the best in resolving frauds.
