unable recharge my nio number from main balance (solved)

I have gone through almost 12 to 15 threads in dd regarding jio recharge from main balance.
I have 1200 in my jio when I am trying to recharge with 399+50 ,at payment page i am not able to see jio pay balance .So please provide valuable information how to recharge with jio main balance
I tried google chrome ,my jio app..Etc but not able to do recharge with main balance

ICU = Intensive Care Unit.
IUC = Interconnection Usage Charge.

Solution: SELECT ANY PACK WITHOUT IUC THEN TRY RECHARGE
U CAN SEE THE MAIN BALANCE .

Can we top up 10, 20 rs to add the IUC along with those 399 plans which does not have IUC

Click on recharge in my jio app (as usual)
Here is the twist
Now instead of clicking on unlimited plans offering swipe right most and get to the other plans bar
In other plans find the 399rs one which doesnt include any icu top up
Click on it and bingo!
Note:- Balance must be more than the recharge amount and recharge coupons should not be applied
