Unable to add Airtel Axis cc under hdfc billpay

Tried to add Airtel Axis cc multiple times but getting following error. Saw an 8 month old post here with same query,a user replied since it's a new cc hence billpay portal l unable to identify cc bin. But same issue persists 2 years after card launch?

I have a visa variant which gets linked properly. You can use cheq to get the rewards instead of hdfc billpay
