Unable to Add Axis Ace card in Google Pay

When did you apply for this?

Are you on rooted mobile? Please mention device and os details

If it’s newly applied card wait for a week, do some offline transactions then try to add…
If same problem persists then contact axis cc

I made some online transactions, Will make some offline too.
My friend got the card on same day as me and He was able to add in Gpay

Does ace card give 2℅ rewards on rent payment?

Gpay is very moody app, give all permissions it asks and add

try after 4-5 hrs in different times like late in the night

mainly some technical issue of gpay

It’s not GPay’s problem. More to do with Axis.
I have added total of four cards and axis is the only one Which gave problem everytime.

Now i don’t even bother.
Very unreliable card to add in GPay for NFC payments


They’re so lazy, they haven’t even added thumbnail pics for their cards.

I was able to add but unable to use. Says limit exceeded while FK Axis & SBI work fine..

Tried in different time, Different phones, Axis Cust care told to wait till Thursday, Gpay support told me it’s a known issue and they have informed the bank

Even I and many here faced this issue but that was 6-7months back and then rectified 2-3 days later

So same issue probably

Okay, Hopefully it gets resolved soon

Sometimes I don’t get OTP for gpay transactions and the issue is solved in 1-2 days. Gpay with axis Ace is a Moody combo

No, Even replaced the card and received the same today, still unable to add in Gpay.

Also in this case, the google pay number is different from the card registered mobile number. Is it required to add the card only to the google pay account with only the registered mobile number ? Thanks

Is NFC (contactless) payment is disabled in your card setting ??

Thanks. But it is enabled and I had it added and also used on google pay before. Now I am using ios which doesn’t have the option to add cards  and wanted to add for another google pay account and it is giving this error

I have to mailed them many times and replaced my card as well then after few weeks my issue got sorted.
Keep mailing them

I am not getting otp on time OTP is delayed for almost an hour and by that time its already expired. How to get it fixed?
