Unable to apply AU Ixigo Addon card.

Dear friends,
I have received LTF card AU Ixigo which i will be using for travel purposes. However, while applying for addon card, it says the addon members must already have relationship with AU Bank. How is this possible? Any way to get addon cards without creating an bank account for family members?

well i faced same issue. they said you already have 1 card. so cant get another.
