Unable to buy AGC using GyftrPay balance

Same problem with me. First transaction in dec month but still says limit exceeded

It may not be calendar month

Issue is probably with 1k gv. I purchased 5000 on 2nd Dec and it worked. Did you try 500?

Yes. Even 500 didn’t work

In gyftr you have limit for buying gvs. It is calculated for last 30 days.Not for calendar month. Maximum limit is 50000 but for some account it is 10000 also.

I have added 4k and same issue .

It will get resolved After 25th December wait for End of the month .

Just got confirmation from senior executive.

I have only bought 6k worth AGCs last month. So, my 10k limit is still not met.

Bro they deleted your gyftr account and again refunded in gyftr code, means they are indirectly asking you to create another account…. ( Is my understanding correct )
