Unable to buy AGC using GyftrPay balance

I am getting error that my monthly limit reached even without buying any GV in December month.
I have added 2k GyftrPay GV and it got stuck now.
Can someone pls help?

Issue is probably with 1k gv. I purchased 5000 on 2nd Dec and it worked. Did you try 500?

In gyftr you have limit for buying gvs. It is calculated for last 30 days.Not for calendar month. Maximum limit is 50000 but for some account it is 10000 also.

I have only bought 6k worth AGCs last month. So, my 10k limit is still not met.

I have added 4k and same issue .
It will get resolved After 25th December wait for End of the month .
