Unable to find Razorpay in RBI CMS list of entities

I want to file a complaint with RBI against Razorpay for refund not received for a failed transaction. But in the RBI CMS portal, Razorpay is not there in the drop-down list of entities against whom a complaint can be lodged. How do I lodge the complaint?


Note that the list contains not just banks, NBFCs or payment operators but also other companies totally unrelated to RBI’s regulations. Still, Razorpay seems to be missing. The drop-down list doesn’t have option to search for a specific entity, so had to scroll through the entire list, yet couldn’t find Razorpay.

Razorpay was the gateway. UPI payment was processed successfully by my bank via Gpay. But transaction failed on razorpay gateway after being redirected from Gpay to razorpay payment page. 

Bank says payment successfully processed from their end, gave RRN as transaction proof and asked me to contact Razorpay for refund. But razorpay support says that they never received the payment in the first place, so can’t process a refund.

Ok then on this page check txn status razorpay.com/support and attached that screenshot with bank customer care This might solve your issue And Also Tag NPCI on twitter they can also confirm the txn status

I have 6k stuck in snappay and mobikwik pipeline.. mobi say success.. snap say fail.. waiting since 12 march
. Not sure who is at fault.. mobi still enquiring since month
