Unable to link HDFC debit card to account.

Hi recently my sister opened a account in hdfc. She’s currently using hdfc easyshop kids advantage debit card and it’s working fine but unable to see it in netbanking and hdfc app. Anyone knows how to link debit card to account without visiting branch.

It’s working fine, all transactions go through. It’s just debit card is not showing in my cards tab in netbanking.

When my bank issues a new debit card, all I have to do is visit atm and insert card and pin received and reset that pin on the very first use of card there at atm. Then it gets activated automatically for all commercial transactions. I think same must apply for HDFC as well. Try this once on nearby atm
