Hello Friends,
I placed an order INR 1100/-+ on 23rd April evening.
The order was delivered at my parent’s place on 24th afternoon and milk cartons worth INR 708/- were missing.
I raised a complaint on their helpline, on their app and twitter.
Now I am no longer able to login into my JioMart a/c on web or app.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue ?

Sounds terrible.
I raised issues via twitter on 26/4/22. Received an email that issue is resolved at 5 PM. But still cannot login into the account.
Again pinged them on twitter and they said they are looking into it with urgency. Again received email at 2 PM that issue is resolved. But yet again cannot login today as well 27/4/22.
Any escalation contacts anyone ?

They seem to still working hard to resolve the issues. Called up customer care and absolutely no idea they have on the status.
