Unable to login into JioMart

Hello Friends,
I placed an order INR 1100/-+ on 23rd April evening.
The order was delivered at my parent’s place on 24th afternoon and milk cartons worth INR 708/- were missing.
I raised a complaint on their helpline, on their app and twitter.
Now I am no longer able to login into my JioMart a/c on web or app.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue ?

Sounds terrible.
I raised issues via twitter on 26/4/22. Received an email that issue is resolved at 5 PM. But still cannot login into the account.
Again pinged them on twitter and they said they are looking into it with urgency. Again received email at 2 PM that issue is resolved. But yet again cannot login today as well 27/4/22.
Any escalation contacts anyone ?
They seem to still working hard to resolve the issues. Called up customer care and absolutely no idea they have on the status.
I am facing the same thing. what can be done?
Meri problem 20 June 2023 invalid login problem chal rahi hai complete bhi sari ki customer care se bhi baat ki but abhi tak Mujhe yah problem solve Nahin Hui kripya karke mujhe iska reply do kya problem hai
Anyone any advice on what can be done ?
