Unable to login to Amazon account

Hi,
I logged in to my Amazon account yesterday (23 April 2021) and paid my credit card bill through it..

Later in the noon..I wanted to use Amazon magicpin offer..
So I tried logging in to magicpin that’s on another device..

My password and captcha was verified but the verification link didn’t come to SMS (email not registered)..

Tried multiple times but failed..
So tried logging in to old device again..but couldn’t..
Verification link is not at all coming..

Tried in the evening also..
Tried password reset..but OTP is not coming..
Tried calling 18003001593 but the number is not working..
Any solution for this?
PS:I only use the account for my recharge and bill payments.. no other orders..
I have 300 pay balance in the account..

Account got blocked? (Remember wrong password error + failing to reset password when amazon blocked mine). You made a mistake by using the account without registering Email-ID (Usually people receive an email when this happens – The only way to reach out)

Was able to to log in yesterday bro.. all these happened In three hours..
Paid cc bill in the morning.. unable to login in noon..
Password is correct..but after i give the password.. the notification page comes for resending verification link right..
I couldn’t get that link to my sms.. tried resending many times but not successful

Yes made a mistake by not registering e-mail..
Any solution bro?

That CC bill payment could’ve triggered the account flagging/suspension. Try this toll-free number 1800 3000 9009 (This is how i got to know why my account got blocked – In my case, there was no email)

Could be this or temporarily blocked due to suspicious login attempt. Reach out to them via that number.

Which CC? Bill amount? Paid via Airtel Netbanking trick?

Tried this number also bro.. says number not in service..
Does 300₹ cc bill payment cause account block?

Number not in service bro….
Hdfc cc.. paid 300 via hdfc NetBanking

Then most probably that new device login attempt might have triggered this. I don’t think a 300rs bill pay in a legit way would cause this.

For locked/blocked accounts, they are making it clear these days via login error

Go to help section in Amazon app via the account with which you are logged in. Reach to connect to customer care and it will ask your number for call back. Within few minutes you will receive call back and tell them about your login issue of another account. They will cross-check your account details with Name and Address.

Your account is already “logged in” on another device? Also, check if you’re receiving texts/otps from other numbers/services to your BSNL number @bohemian
