Unable to make SBI UPI transaction above 1000

Guys I am unable to make any UPI transactions above 1000 Rs. through my SBI A/C. I can make transactions below 1000, however ones greater than 1000 give me an error saying “Transaction limit exceeded”
Spoke to the CC, they asked to drop an email to sbi upi support. I’ve tried to mail them but they are useless, no response yet.Anyone experienced this before?
Is there any setting in netbanking that needs to be tweaked

agree to that. SBI CC keeps asking to write to sbi upi support, and sbi upi support doesn’t reply at all
change bank.
You can try Google pay tez for the same… I believe it will solve your problem…. Link your upi to google tez and will help yiu
tried that too, this is a restriction from SBI it seems, not letting me transact huge amounts

I think Rs1000 limit only for P2P UPI transactions.
no restriction on merchant UPI transactions.

The issue you are facing is because sbi has already implemented the changes as NPCIs guideline.
the issue is not related to the account its related to the upi id.
If you are using upi id ending with @sbi you will face the issue.
Try to change the handle for upi to other bank or psp.
The issue will get resolved.
You wont get proper response from SBI side for any queries
